Kitty Hawk Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer‑focused Veterinary Client Services Representative to join our team, providing exceptional service to pet owners. This role involves handling routine client needs, including greeting clients, managing payments, while ensuring accurate record‑keeping for Practice Management System. Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of professional customer service experience. This position is very quick‑paced and requires the ability to multitask.

Candidate should be familiar with basic computer functions and able to manage working with a multi‑line telephone. Our hospital averages 200+ phone calls a day, with a constant flow of clients checking in/out of appointments and coming in for product purchases. Applicant should expect to learn and retain a moderate amount of veterinary knowledge. Training for this position can take 90+ days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments for pets using our scheduling system.
  • Greet clients with a warm smile & offer assistance
  • Record transactions in Practice Management System to maintain client records.
  • Assist clients with payment issues promptly.
