Job Description

Priority Payment Systems South is seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment across all departments in a fast‑paced environment.

• Full‑Cycle Recruiting: manage end‑to‑end recruitment for various roles, from entry‑level to senior positions.
• Talent Sourcing: proactively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Candidate Screening: review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Interview Coordination: schedule and conduct interviews, in‑person and virtually, in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Offer Management: work with hiring managers to extend job offers and facilitate offer negotiations.
• Employer Branding: represent the company positively during candidate interactions, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: partner closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and provide best‑practice guidance.
• Data‑Driven Insights: track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, candidate quality, offer acceptance rates) and use insights to optimize strategies.

• Proven experience as a recruiter in a corporate setting or agency, preferably in payment processing, merchant services, or finance.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition technologies, and social media recruiting platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Zip Recruiter, and Google Workspace is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a start‑up‑like environment.
