• Manage shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next shift manager for a smooth hand‑over.
• Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets during shifts.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

• Up to 3 weeks vacation.
