- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time‑management skills.
- Customer‑service‑focused conflict resolution skills.
- Flexible with varying hours to support the District Manager and customer commitments.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands for repetitive motions, squat, kneel, or crouch, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
