Join CWT as a Travel Experience Counselor III and help corporate travelers experience unmatched service before, during, and after their trips.

• Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
• Ensure reservations follow client standards and preferences
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering informed recommendations for the best traveler experience
• Handle bookings from simple to complex, including multi‑destination itineraries, ticket exchanges, and complex fares
• Make changes or resolve issues that arise before or during travel
• Perform routine and non‑routine work as assigned
• Benefit from comprehensive training and stay updated via the social intranet

• 5+ years experience as a Travel Consultant
• Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
• Passion for high‑quality customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team working abilities
• Positive “can‑do” attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow

Salary: $67,300.00 – $82,300.00
