• Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing engaging lessons and activities for students in our Early Childhood Education program
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that promotes social-emotional learning and Jewish values
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and assessments
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress

• Experience working with young children in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of child development and early childhood curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
