Maternal SUD Program (EMBER). University Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Community Support Specialist to join the EMBER program. EMBER provides comprehensive, co‑located services for pregnant and postpartum individuals with current or past substance use. It offers a single, accessible site where patients can receive addiction medicine, maternal‑fetal medicine/OB, behavioral health, peer support, social services, and more. By integrating medical, psychiatry, and social services in one location, EMBER ensures timely, coordinated, and culturally sensitive care.
Qualifications- Relevant Background: A degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a similar field—or a solid combination of education and real‑world experience.
