RequirementsCurrent CNA license in Missouri
CPR certification
At least 6 months CNA experience (or completed clinicals in CNA training)
Compassion, patience, and strong teamwork skills
Provide daily resident care and assistance with activities of daily living
Take vital signs and monitor resident well-being
Help with meals, hydration, and personal care
Keep resident rooms tidy and comfortable
Report changes in condition to nurses
