Hallmark Cards invites applicants to join as a part‑time Field Merchandiser who will work independently to showcase organization, time‑management and building retailer relationships while representing Hallmark.

As a Field Merchandiser you collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations. You may work with other products from partner companies as required.

• Your hourly pay rate: $15.00–$17.00 depending on experience.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours: 5–10.
• Availability during week‑before and after major holidays, including weekends.

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in the Hallmark department of grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.
• Use a mobile device to record inventory updates, provide feedback, and complete required surveys.
• Engage with store employees, management, and customers professionally and courteous.
• Support holiday demand by working additional days and extended hours during leading holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Participate in installations and various tasks such as building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting card sections.
• Work with the Hallmark field organization as part of a network that supports other team members as needed.

Physically demanding work that requires 30–50 pounds lifting, kneeling, squatting, walking, and standing. May involve climbing stairs and step ladders.

• At least 18 years of age.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficient with a digital hand‑held device for data entry and document interpretation.
• Access to Wi‑Fi network and internet.
• Consistent transportation to travel between assigned stores as scheduled.
