• A professional record demonstrating leadership and service within the legal community.
• Experience in healthcare law or other specialized fields.

• Teach a full‑time course load (typically 4 courses per semester) at the undergraduate and graduate levels, covering foundational and advanced business law topics.
• Integrate current legal developments, case studies, and real‑world legal scenarios into all courses to ensure practical relevance.
• Emphasize the ethical and social responsibilities of businesses and the role of law in promoting corporate integrity.
• Effectively translate complex, specialized, and practical legal experiences into accessible and relevant educational content for business students.
• Provide career mentorship grounded in practical knowledge of the legal profession and business practices.
• Advise students on course selection, academic plans, and career paths, leveraging professional experience to guide those interested in law school or legal careers.
• Participate in departmental, college, or university service duties, as appropriate.
• Act as a liaison between the university and the legal/business community, potentially assisting with professional networking, internship placement, and alumni relations.
