Overview
The Computational Electromagnetics and Antennas Research Lab (CEARL) of the Department of Electrical Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a highly qualified individual for a non-tenure-line position at the rank of Researcher or Assistant Research Professor. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating projects and managing the production lab within CEARL.
Responsibilities- Coordinate projects and manage the production lab.
- Assist in proposal writing.
- Prepare project reports.
- Oversee and manage projects.
- Develop and implement project timelines, as well as ensure deliverables, deadlines, goals, and objectives of projects are met.
Candidates will be considered for the rank commensurate with their education and experience in accordance with AC21.
The successful candidate must have a master s degree in mechanical engineering or related field by the appointment start date. In addition, they must have working knowledge of Solid Works and be proficient in the creation and critical review of engineering drawings, tolerancing, and tolerance analysis. United States Citizenship is required. Industrial experience is preferred.

This is a term position, funded for one year from date of hire, with an excellent possibility of renewal. The working location for this position will be University Park, PA.
