School Nurse – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Full Time | University Place, WA | 2025–2026 School Year Leave Coverage Position
Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a 1-1and Health room Nurse for the 2025–2026 school year in University Place, Washington
. This is a full-time, in-person 1:1 and health room split position serving students with medical needs starting in February 2026

School Nurse (LPN) : 1-1 support and health room split assignment - Schedule:
M-F; 1-1 with preschool student in the AM and health room support in afternoon;
Health room is at a high school;
Approx 38 hours per week - Setting:
School Setting - Start Date:
February 2026 through the end of the school year - In-person only
- Valid Washington State LPN license (DOH) or compact nursing license
- G-tube and trach experience
- Glucose monitoring experience
- Seizure monitoring experience
- Pediatric experience
- Critical care experience
- Must also have health room school nursing experience
- Fingerprinting and background check required prior to start
- Previous experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or public health preferred
