Caregiver and MedTech Weekend Day Shift University Place, WA

Introduction

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver and Medtech to join our team and provide high‑quality care to our residents. The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, as well as providing companionship and support. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with older adults.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing and dressing.
• Provide companionship and support to clients, engaging in activities and conversation.
• Assist with medication management and administration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as other team members and management.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients of all ages.
• Compassionate and patient personality.
• Current WA State NAC or Home Care Aide license.
