Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate

We are hiring Bilingual Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Representatives for Spiked Wireless, an authorized retailer. This position is available for both full‑time and part‑time employees. Pay starts at $20.00 per hour plus commissions on all personal sales, with additional benefits for full‑time staff.

• Approach every customer with the goal of understanding their needs by asking good questions and listening.
• Exceed monthly revenue sales goals by acquiring new accounts, maximizing existing accounts, and meeting quality metrics.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business—outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and brand promotion.
• Work as a team player, open to learning and treating customers and coworkers with respect.
• Assist with store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory count, and deposits per operations standards.
• Use all management tools to improve product knowledge and confidence in selling.
• Maintain integrity, reliability, punctuality, and a clean, organized store.

• 1+ year of sales experience (preferred; especially in wireless telecommunications).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Professional, energetic, optimistic, confident, and possess a winning attitude.
• Strong multi‑tasking and teamwork ability.
• Friendly, enjoys helping others, and has good decision‑making skills.
• Coachable and willing to coach others.
• Bilingual language skills required.
• Minimum 18 years old, legally able to work in the U.S., reliable transportation, and willing to undergo a background check.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
