• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.
• Make high-volume outbound calls and consistently follow up with leads.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Manage your pipeline and build client relationships that drive referrals.
• Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Attend training and continuing education courses.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coachable and resourceful, and have a career-minded vision.
• Motivated, confident self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to create and maintain relationships from a cold start.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, follow through with sales appointments, and follow-up on leads.
