Job Description - PATIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR II (T231914)
The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator II to be responsible for coordinating and administering clinical and patient services and for performing administrative duties in support of the School of Dentistry Endodontics Clinic. This role ensures smooth clinic operations, inventory management, coordinating patient treatment with assignment of students and residents, and working closely with vendors, the clinic director, and/or chair.
Assist with patient scheduling, resolve patient problems, reception, and sterilization.
Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $24.00
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
Preferred Hard Skills- Microsoft Office and familiarity with dental software
- Dental office/dental assisting experience/certification
- Working with dental equipment
- Teamwork
- Time management and critical thinking skills
