As a General Utility Worker, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and the environment. • Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and operational; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Follow safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation standards.
• Protect company assets and ensure security.

Job duties may vary based on location and business needs. Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends, is required. The role may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods. Uniforms and PPE may be required.

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, especially when handling hazardous chemicals.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
