** What you'll do and what you'll bring:
**** Position Function
** Under supervision, perform service required in the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment and related equipment, complying with EPA, OSHA, and all appropriate regulations and codes. Water treatment and water cleaning duties are excluded from this classification.
** Duties & Responsibilities
** 1. Perform maintenance and repair work on heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment, and report work performed on Preventive Maintenance Forms.
** Requires the physical ability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, walk, push, pull, lift, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, stand and/or stoop for long periods of time, and exert in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds of force frequently, and 20 pounds of force constantly. Task requires the visual ability to distinguish color and perceive depth.

Task requires the ability to operate various hand and power tools, ladders, scaffolds, and measuring instrumentation and equipment. Employee is exposed to inside and outside environmental conditions, extreme heat and cold, high humidity, noise, heights, fumes, odors, oils, chemicals, dust, and may be required to wear a filter mask, respirator, and various protective clothing and/or equipment. Task requires the mental ability to receive, comprehend, follow, and provide oral instructions and information and to read, comprehend, follow, and provide written instructions and information.
** 2. Install, adjust, and repair refrigeration, heating, air conditioning, and ventilating systems, including but not limited to ice machines, freezers, refrigerators, drinking fountains, and other appliances.
