ASSISTANT DIRECTOR – DEVELOPMENT

To efficiently solicit and close a defined number of mid‑level gifts within a specified timeframe for a specific school, college or unit on campus. To include intentional meetings with unqualified and/or qualified prospects to build a portfolio of mid‑to‑high net worth prospects. To effectively collaborate with advancement staff both within their unit and across campus to maximize philanthropic efforts. Travel may be required for this position.

• Builds a donor network of mid‑to‑high net worth prospects.
• Raises mid‑level gifts.
• Creates and delivers proposals to prospects and donors.
• Executes fundraising plans designed by advancement/development leadership.
• Executes grateful patient fundraising plan in partnership with advancement leadership and medical faculty in appropriate schools and units.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

$52,555 – $85,400

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business or a related field and three (3) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
