To be responsible for all areas involving strength and conditioning of student athletes. To serve as fitness consultant to the staff. #LI-DNI

• Develops and implements team and individualized conditioning programs for student-athletes participating in all sports and the overall management of the University.
• Designs total conditioning programs applicable to all sports during pre-season, in-season and off-season periods and separate programs of weight training, running, flexibility or secondary rehabilitation to meet the needs of individual position areas.
• Assists coaches in evaluating individual player performance and potential and ensure proper supervision of student-athletes in the weight room, including instruction in techniques of training with machines and free-weights, as well as safety procedures.
• Adheres to all institution, conference and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules and regulations. Reports all known NCAA violations in accordance with institutional, conference and NCAA policies and guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience required.
Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Certified through a nationally accredited strength and conditioning certification program required.
