Regional Business Operations Manager

• Oversee and optimize regional business operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support the sales team by managing operational aspects of client onboarding and contract fulfillment.
• Collaborate with project management teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Manage regional operational budgets and financial reporting.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related role.
• Proven ability to analyze business processes and implement effective improvements.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant business software and tools.

• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
