Our client is looking for a dedicated Client Service Associate to join their team in Mahikeng, North West . This role focuses on delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. You will act as a liaison, resolving inquiries and fostering positive relationships. • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide information about company services and resolve client issues.
• Maintain accurate client records and update information in the CRM system.
• Process client requests, applications, and service orders.

• Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate; post-secondary education is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a client service or administrative role.
