Senior Interior Designer

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead innovative projects from their studio in Upington . This role involves conceptualizing and executing interior design schemes for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces, ensuring aesthetic appeal, functionality, and client satisfaction. You will manage projects from initial client consultation through to final installation, collaborating with architects, contractors, and suppliers.

• Develop creative interior design concepts and schemes for diverse projects.
• Produce detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to present design proposals.
• Source and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and contractor coordination.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients throughout the design process.
• Oversee project installations and ensure design intent is realized.

• Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, color theory, and material properties.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of South African building codes and accessibility standards is a plus.
