Senior Project Architect

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Architect to lead significant architectural endeavors in Upington . This role demands strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of project lifecycle management, and the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing design teams, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring the highest quality of architectural output.

This is a key position within our client's established practice, contributing to the development of the region.

• Lead the design and execution of major architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project teams, including junior architects, technologists, and administrative support.
• Ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements, design standards, and client expectations.
• Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and other engineering consultants.
• Oversee the preparation of all project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and drawings.
• Conduct site reviews and provide technical guidance during the construction phase.

• Professional Architect qualification with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in managing complex, large-scale architectural projects.
• Expertise in Revit , AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Thorough knowledge of construction law, contracts, and building regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful project delivery is essential.
