Senior Architect - Commercial & Retail Design

• Lead the architectural design process for commercial and retail projects, including new builds and refurbishments.
• Develop conceptual designs, master plans, and detailed construction documentation.

• Professional Architect registration with SACAP.

• In-depth knowledge of retail planning, tenant fit-out coordination, and branding integration.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and visualisation tools.
• Strong understanding of South African building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
