• Provide direct support to students with special educational needs in the classroom and during school activities.
• Assist students with daily tasks, including learning activities, personal care, and mobility, as required.
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of teachers and specialists.
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Support the teacher in managing classroom behavior and promoting positive social interactions.
• Communicate regularly with teachers and parents regarding student progress and needs.

• Relevant qualification or certification in Special Needs Education or a related field.
• Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
