About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly qualified and experienced University Lecturer in Business Studies to join their academic staff in Upington . This position involves delivering high-quality lectures, conducting research, and contributing to the academic development of students pursuing business-related degrees. You will foster a stimulating learning environment, encouraging critical thinking and practical application of business concepts. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, research experience, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students within the tertiary education sector in the Northern Cape .

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures and seminars in various Business Studies disciplines (e.g., Marketing, Management, Finance).
• Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment methods.
• Conduct academic research and contribute to the institution's scholarly output.
• Supervise student projects, dissertations, and research activities.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, faculty governance, and academic committees.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.

• Master's or Doctoral degree (PhD) in Business Studies or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in teaching at the university level .
