About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and adaptable Hybrid Learning Facilitator to join their educational team in Mahikeng . You will be responsible for developing and delivering blended learning modules, managing both in-person and virtual classroom activities, and ensuring a seamless educational journey for learners.

• Develop and implement blended learning strategies that integrate online and face-to-face instruction.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in teaching or facilitating learning in a hybrid or blended environment .
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical approaches for blended learning.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
