Industrial Engineer Post-Harvest Agri-Processing

Their Mechanical Engineering Team is expanding! They are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer (7 years) to help optimize production processes across our post-harvest Agri-processing projects.

• Analyze and improve production workflows
• Optimize material flow, equipment utilization & labor allocation
• Support process design layouts and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive measurable gains in efficiency and operational performance

• Degree in Industrial Engineering (or related)
• Strong background in process optimization and productivity improvement
• Experience in agri-processing FMCG manufacturing or similar environment
• Analytical, collaborative and solutions-driven mindset
