• Lead the design and development of transportation infrastructure, including highways, roads, intersections, and related structures.

• Oversee the construction phase, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with municipal authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a strong emphasis on transportation engineering and road design.
• Proven experience in project management, contract administration, and site supervision.
• Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and traffic simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of traffic engineering principles, geometric design, and pavement engineering.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills in North West province.
