Key Responsibilities

Design and develop road alignments, pavement structures, and intersection layouts.
Plan and design stormwater drainage systems, including culverts, channels, and detention ponds.
Conduct site investigations, traffic analysis, and hydrological studies.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders on project requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and management of road and stormwater projects.
Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) or Professional Engineering Technologist (Pr Eng Tech) registration with ECSA.
Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Civil Designer.
Understanding of geometric design, materials, and construction methods for roads and drainage.
Good project coordination and communication skills.
