• Design, program, and commission PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for various industrial applications.
• Develop and implement robust control strategies to optimize process performance and efficiency.
• Integrate various control system components, including sensors, actuators, and communication networks.
• Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for control system issues.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define system requirements and design specifications.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation technology and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all designs and implementations adhere to safety standards and project requirements in
  ** Upington**.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, programming code, and user manuals.
• Participate in site acceptance testing (SAT) and commissioning activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and control systems engineering.
• Proficiency in programming various PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi) and HMI/SCADA software (e.g., WinCC, Factory Talk View, Ignition).
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Experience with process instrumentation and control loops.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel to client sites within the
