About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to oversee their finance and insurance operations at their dealership in Upington . This key position involves managing the entire F&I process, from securing competitive finance options for customers to offering a range of value-added insurance and warranty products. You will play a critical role in maximizing profitability while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional service.

• Present and sell finance and insurance products to vehicle buyers.
• Source competitive finance and lease options from various lenders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with financing institutions and insurance providers.
• Ensure all sales contracts and financing paperwork are accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective F&I strategies.
• Train and mentor sales staff on F&I product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager or in a similar financial sales role.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle financing, leasing, and insurance products.
• Strong understanding of sales regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and F&I software.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage profitability.
