Real Estate Investment Associate

Our client is seeking a bright and ambitious Real Estate Investment Associate to join their investment team, operating with a hybrid model based in Upington, Northern Cape . This role involves supporting senior investment professionals in sourcing, analyzing, and executing real estate deals. You will contribute to financial modeling, market research, and due diligence processes, gaining invaluable experience in property investment.

• Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of potential real estate investment opportunities across various property types.
• Conduct detailed market research and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models for deal analysis, including pro forma statements, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analysis.
• Participate in the due diligence process, coordinating with legal, environmental, and technical consultants.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for the investment committee and stakeholders.
• Monitor the performance of existing portfolio assets and assist with asset management strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate finance , investment banking, or a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling using Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of real estate markets and investment principles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• An annual salary of up to R300,000 , dependent on qualifications and experience.
