• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Communications, Law, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or a related communications role.
• Strong understanding of the political landscape and public policy-making processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and develop clear, concise messaging.
