Systems Administrator - Cloud Infrastructure

About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and skilled Systems Administrator to manage and maintain their critical IT infrastructure, with a focus on cloud environments . This is an on-site role crucial for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and performance of their systems. You will be responsible for server administration, network management, and implementing robust solutions that support business operations. • Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) services and resources.
• Administer network devices, firewalls, and security systems to ensure network integrity.
• Implement and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery operations, and security patching.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely resolution.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in systems administration.
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
