Security Awareness Trainer

Our client is seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Security Awareness Trainer to join their team in Upington . • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive security awareness and training program.

• Measure the effectiveness of training programs and report on key metrics and improvements.
• Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering security awareness training programs.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with common cybersecurity threats, such as phishing, malware, and social engineering.
• Ability to create compelling and understandable training content for diverse audiences.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
