About the Role
Our client is seeking an efficient and proactive E-commerce Logistics and Fulfillment Specialist to manage all aspects of order fulfillment and logistics for their online operations in Upington . This role is crucial for ensuring that products are stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time to customers. You will work closely with warehouse staff, shipping carriers, and inventory management systems to optimize the supply chain and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system reconciliations.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.
- Implement and improve fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers if applicable.
- Analyze logistics and fulfillment data to identify areas for cost savings and operational improvements.
- Proven experience in e-commerce logistics , warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
- Familiarity with various shipping carriers and their services.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus for this role in Northern Cape .
