• Lead strategic sourcing projects for critical goods and services, identifying and engaging top-tier suppliers.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of spend categories, market conditions, and supplier capabilities to drive cost savings and efficiency.
• Negotiate complex contracts, service level agreements, and pricing with domestic and international vendors.
• Manage and develop relationships with key suppliers, ensuring performance standards and fostering collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in procurement activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, provide market insights, and ensure effective procurement solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex negotiations and managing strategic supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed procurement decisions.
• Proficiency in modern procurement software and ERP systems.
