Machine Operator

You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring various machines, performing routine checks, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols.

• Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor machine performance, identify any operational issues or malfunctions, and report them to the maintenance team.
• Perform quality checks on products being manufactured, ensuring they meet specified standards and tolerances.
• Make minor adjustments to machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict housekeeping and safety standards .
• Record production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics, as required.

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow technical instructions, operating manuals, and safety protocols.
• Good mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform basic machine adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
