Sales Associate - Part-time

About the Role

Our client is seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join their team on a part-time basis in Upington . This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs, processing sales transactions, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the store. You will be the face of the brand, engaging with customers and ensuring they have a pleasant shopping experience.

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selection.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a current understanding of products, promotions, and store policies.
• Assist with keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with store guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and provide exceptional service.

• Previous customer service or retail sales experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
