About the Role

Our client is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Associates to join their dynamic team in Upington. As a Retail Associate, you will be the frontline contact for customers, providing exceptional service, processing transactions, and maintaining the store's appearance. This role is fundamental to creating a positive shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty and drives sales. You will work closely with the store management and team to ensure all operational duties are met efficiently and professionally, contributing to the store's overall success.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about products and services.
• Process customer purchases accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves and arranging merchandise.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
