Retail Stock Clerk

About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and reliable Retail Stock Clerk to manage inventory and support store operations at their location in Upington . This role is fundamental to ensuring that products are accurately recorded, stocked, and readily available for customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the stockroom, receiving deliveries, and assisting the sales team with stock needs. This position requires an organized individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, contributing to the efficiency of the retail environment in the Northern Cape.

• Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory shipments.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring efficient storage and accessibility.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor as needed, ensuring shelves are adequately stocked.
• Assist sales associates with locating stock and fulfilling customer orders.

• Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or retail inventory role is preferred.
