Field Sales Agent

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and independent Field Sales Agent to represent their products and services in the Upington, Northern Cape area. This role involves traveling to client sites, building relationships, and driving sales through direct engagement. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals, contributing directly to the company's growth in this key region.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, possesses excellent communication skills, and enjoys the autonomy of a field-based sales position, working within a supportive team structure that values initiative and results.

• Travel to designated client locations to conduct sales meetings and product demonstrations.
• Identify and qualify potential new customers within the assigned Upington territory.
• Present and sell the company's products and services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.

• Previous experience in a field sales or outside sales role is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and mobile sales tools.
• Resident in or willing to relocate to the Upington area to effectively cover the territory.
