Hotel Sales Executive

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Executive to join their team in Upington . You will be responsible for driving revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract corporate clients, event organizers, and leisure travelers. This role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent networking abilities, and a deep understanding of the hospitality market. You will build and maintain relationships with key accounts, promote the hotel's services, and achieve sales targets to contribute to the hotel's overall success.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue and occupancy goals.
• Identify and solicit new business opportunities from corporate, group, and leisure markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site inspections and present hotel facilities and services to potential clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the hotel industry.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
