Warehouse Manager

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead their distribution center operations in Mahikeng . This role is responsible for the efficient and safe management of all warehouse activities, including inventory control, receiving, shipping, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse operations, with a proven ability to optimize processes, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of accuracy and safety.

This is a key operational role within the North West province.

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Develop and enforce safety procedures to maintain a secure and hazard-free working environment.
• Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
• Proven experience with inventory management systems and WMS software.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
