A leading organization in Southern California is seeking an experienced Total Rewards & Benefits Manager to oversee the full scope of compensation and benefits strategy. This is a high-impact role that partners with leadership to design and deliver programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent while ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage competitive compensation structures, bonus programs, and incentive plans that align with business objectives.
- Lead annual salary reviews, market benchmarking, and pay equity analysis.
- Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including health, welfare, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.
- Collaborate with brokers, providers, and third-party administrators to optimize plan offerings and costs.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to total rewards.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and employee feedback, making continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong understanding of job evaluation, market pricing, and benefits plan design.
- Skilled in HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
