As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing project workflows, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. In this leadership role, your responsibilities will include managing pending sales, pre-production planning, and work-in-progress tracking. You will also supervise audit performance and coordinate scope bill-outs, ensuring all project details align with company standards and client expectations. Your ability to organize and manage multiple priorities effectively will be essential to the success of our operations.

• 2+ years of Xactimate experience

• Insurance experience

This is a full-time, in-office leadership position, working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Plenty of overtime is available for those who want to maximize their earnings!
