Competent to provide prescribed medications and drug information as needed to ensure adequate patient care according to professional standards/practices and hospital policy/procedures. - License and
Certifications:
Current, valid Pharmacist license to practice pharmacy in the state of California. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card. - Equipment: Computer; equipment related to the compounding of pharmaceuticals.
- Physical Requirements: Able to perform the essential physical duties as noted on the job description.
$58.35 - $87.53 per hour.
The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
