Rates starting at $30.00–$35.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm (with occasional overtime)

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all production equipment and machinery as well as for the repair, maintenance and appearance of the facility.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Complete repairs and maintenance of production equipment and machinery
  • Troubleshoot equipment & machinery, allocate proper spare parts, and maintain appropriate maintenance documentation
  • Respond to production and/or facility emergencies to maintain production output
  • Establish priorities based on available information, work processes and current production commitments
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery as defined by the procedures
  • Follow established procedures to maintain lubrication levels and/or lubricate and adjust production equipment as necessary
  • Respond to safety emergencies and situations requiring immediate attention
Additional Duties and Back‑Up Responsibilities
  • Support production as requested by the production supervisor and/or the maintenance supervisor, including but not limited to screw and barrel cleanings, making water hoses, relocating equipment, and responding to oil and water spills
  • Maintain and repair the facility as necessary, including drywall repair, small building projects, and plumbing fixture repair
  • Perform all duties and direct others to create a safe working environment for employees and the community
  • Perform other duties as necessary
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing maintenance work environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with robotics, robot controllers, robot wiring interfaces, instruction manual interpretation, and robot troubleshooting & repair
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Analytical troubleshooting
  • Strong mechanical/technical aptitude
  • Computer skills as required by stated accountabilities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate with multiple levels of staff throughout the organization
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Available on call for after‑hours/weekend maintenance repairs
